“Elise was amazing in making my sons reservations to Henderson, NV. She even made sure everything was going well with trip, while he was there. Helped when there was a problem with the hotel (the hotel made a mistake). This was my sons very first trip by himself and even though he is 24, he had never traveled by himself before.
